Para realizar un pedido o consular algún presupuesto tiene que comunicarse directamente conmigo vía Instagram o Gmail. En caso de que las comisiones estén cerradas, se lo haré saber por esos medios.

El tiempo de entrega es de dos semanas a un mes dependiendo de la dificultad del proyecto.

En caso de que desee una premade y quiera modificarla, se le cobrará un porcentaje extra, dependiendo de cuanto desee modificar (El título, nombre de autor y frase, esta ultima opcional, vienen incluidos en el precio).

El trabajo, ya sea portada ilustrada/manipulada y/o ilustración, será entregado en JPG por correo electrónico. (Si es de uso comercial, se entrega en formato JPG y PNG).

Las portadas digitales incluyen un mockup de regalo; las cubiertas, entre 4 y 5.

Las portadas ilustradas/manipuladas y/o ilustraciones llevarán mi marca de agua. (No la quito a menos que sea de uso comercial). En caso de que sea una cubierta, esta llevará en la contraportada los créditos a la diseñadora (Cubierta realizada por @JuliJoviArt) al lado del ISBN o solapas. Si desea quitarlo, deberá abonar 40 USD extra.

Durante el proceso de la ilustración (mientras el trabajo está en curso), el cliente puede solicitar hasta seis (6) cambios gratuitos. Estos incluyen ajustes de color, posición, expresión o detalles menores.

Si el cliente desea realizar más de seis cambios, deberá abonar un costo adicional por cada modificación extra.

Una vez que la ilustración esté finalizada y entregada, NO se aceptarán más cambios ni correcciones, ya que el proyecto se considerará oficialmente completado.

(Cabe aclarar que es modificar, no agregar, ya que el presupuesto va a aumentar si desea añadir nuevas ideas)._

Si la comisión tiene fines lucrativos o comerciales (como postales, interiores de libros físicos, merchandising, material promocional, publicidad o reventa digital), deberá informármelo con anticipación. Asimismo, si la ilustración fue originalmente de uso personal (foto de perfil, regalo, publicación en redes sociales o colección personal) y luego pasa a tener uso comercial, también deberá notificármelo.

Si la portada ilustrada/manipulada y/o ilustración era de uso personal y cambia a comercial, deberá verse en la obligación de comunicármelo y abonar un cincuenta porciento (50%) extra del precio de la ilustración.

Tendré total libertad de publicar en mis redes sociales el trabajo, siempre informando que es una comisión y etiquetando al cliente. (Si no desea que muestre el trabajo, deberá avisar antes).

El cliente no tiene permitido alterar, editar ni modificar la ilustración en ninguna forma sin mi autorización previa. Esto incluye cambiar colores, recortar, aplicar filtros, eliminar mi firma o añadir nuevos elementos a la obra. Si desea realizar algún ajuste, por favor comuníquese conmigo primero

El pago puede realizarse entero o en dos partes vía PayPal en USD o Mercado Pago en ARS apenas comience con el trabajo. Si desea abonar en partes, el primer pago es antes de comenzar para guardar su lugar en la lista y congelar el precio y el último, apenas comience con la ilustración, ya que el trabajo solo será comenzado si el pago está completo.

Si desea cancelar la comisión y el diseño no ha sido iniciado, tendrá el derecho a recibir el reembolso, pero se reducirá un 25% por motivos de gestión.

Si se dio inicio al trabajo, dependerá de cuanto haya avanzado para recibir o no un reembolso.

En caso de que usted no responda los mensajes por un plazo de tiempo determinado y la comisión haya sido abonada con anterioridad, perderá todo derecho al reembolso.

Una vez enviado el trabajo, no se realizará un reembolso y/o cambio de ningún tipo.

Once the illustration is completed and delivered, NO further changes or corrections will be accepted, as the project will be considered officially finished.

If the commission is intended for profit or commercial purposes (such as prints, physical book interiors, merchandise, promotional material, advertising, or digital resale), you must inform me in advance. Likewise, if the illustration was originally for personal use (profile pictures, gifts, social media posts, or personal collections) and later changes to commercial use, you are also required to notify me.

If the illustrated/manipulated cover and/or illustration was for personal use and changes to commercial, you must inform me and pay fifty percent (50%) extra of the price of the illustration.

I will be free to publish the work on my social networks, always informing that it is a commission and tagging the client. (If you do not want me to show the work, you must let me know before).

The client is not allowed to alter, edit, or modify the illustration in any way without my prior permission. This includes changing colors, cropping, applying filters, removing my signature, or adding new elements to the artwork.If you wish to make any adjustments, please contact me first.

Payment can be made whole or in two parts via PayPal in dollars or Mercado Pago in Argentine pesos as soon as I start the job. If you wish to pay in parts, the first payment is before starting to save your place on the list and freeze the price and the last should be as soon as I start with the illustration, as the work will only be started if the payment is complete.
